Kadee Templeton, known as “Kadee The Real Estate Lady,” is a Central Mississippi native who grew up in Rankin County and brings a strong local connection to her real estate career. With a background in education, phlebotomy, and teaching, Kadee entered real estate in 2022 with a passion for helping others and a natural ability to guide clients through major life decisions. She holds ABR and C2EX designations and is committed to professionalism, excellence, and continuous growth.

Specializing in residential sales across Central Mississippi, Kadee focuses primarily on sellers and enjoys meeting new people while helping them navigate one of the biggest transactions of their lives. Her approach is energetic, supportive, and detail driven, with a clear goal of turning real estate dreams into real estate deals.

Outside of real estate, Kadee is grateful for her husband, Matthew, and her daughter, Portlynn. She is also a proud dog mom to three pups: Ollie the Goldendoodle, Sherlock the French Bulldog, and Philly the German Shepherd. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing tennis, teaching Sunday School, flipping furniture, and spending time with family and friends. Known for her positive spirit, love for pink, and being everyone’s biggest cheerleader, Kadee is dedicated not only to her work but to making the people around her happy.
